The Alba ISO-RIG™ provides corrosion control and standard flange isolation on non critical application where fire safety is not required, with the added benefit of validating proper gasket installation on flanged connections through hydraulic or gas testing. 

Designed for use in Raised Faced, Flat Face and RTJ flanges the ISO-RIG™ can be used in all pressure classes including ANSI 150-2500lbs and ASME/API 6A.

Applications

The ISO-RIG™ is designed for a wide range of critical applications, including dissimilar metal bolt-to-flange connections and flange protection against external corrosion. It mitigates galvanic corrosion in dissimilar metal flanges and provides electrical isolation across flange pressure classes, supporting both conventional isolation requirements. The system also enables leak testing on flanges designed to isolate, protects flange faces from media-induced corrosion, and delivers a reliable solution for mismatched RTJ or RF flange interfaces.
